Dr. B. Mahadevan is a highly experienced and skilled interventional Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with over 25 years of practice. He is currently the HOD and Senior Consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology and Endosonography at Gleneagles Global Hospital in Chennai. Dr. Mahadevan specializes in therapeutic interventional endoscopic procedures, including ERCP, emergency gastrointestinal bleed management, polypectomy, luminal stent placement, and foreign body removal. He also has a keen interest in common GI disorders like dyspepsia, GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disorders. Dr. Mahadevan holds an MD in Pediatrics, DM in Gastroenterology, and MBBS degree. He is a member of various medical societies and is fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
